Traditional Siberian cream-gel for various applications mostly supporting health during cold winter days. One 100ml bottle. Massage liberally into skin as needed.     I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and elbow. When there is a flare-up, I need a lot of relief. This muscle rub is amazing. I massage in into the sore areas and, within five minutes, there is considerable relief. It has a pleasant aroma and is not greasy.

    I also use the computer and have some soreness in my right elbow from that repetitive activity. Badger muscle rub is also very comforting for muscle strains such as that.

    I like to put it on at nite around my knee to ease knee pain and in the morning it,s like pain was never there or at least greatly improved.

    I am highly allergic to muscle rubs like icy hot. This is a great alternative. It doesn't have the same sort of topical sensation, but does help relieve spasms and aches. A must have for my MS related spaticity.
