Refund policy



Returns: Our policy lasts for 90 days from the date of delivery. If 90 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 90 days for a full refund minus shipping charges.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund of the total value except shipping charges and a 15% utilization fee for opened and used products. Please email us at [email protected] within the specified refund period if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues immediately.

The full refund including shipping charges can be provided in case of delivery of defective or damaged goods. If the product has been damaged during delivery and not by the buyer. If the claim is approved, the buyer will receive a replacement product. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Items not purchased at ALTAI-ECO.COM are not returnable.

Return Shipping: We recommend that you return the product via a registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Altai co. LTD will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

To return the order, please follow these steps:

II. Once your return request is approved by our customer service specialist you will be provided with an RMA number and all the necessary return instructions.

Please note that the return shipping label is not included in your order.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the product(s) for a refund once you receive them.
